A maxi length black dress with tiny white polka dots and white pinstripes. The dress has a square neckline with a fitted bodice with white stripes framed by a ruffled trim. The shoulders are accentuated by a layered ruffle. The dress has a fitted waist that flows into a long, flared skirt. The skirt is has a pattern of white polka dots and is finished with a wide, tiered ruffle hem featuring contrasting vertical stripes and a white trim. The dress has a back zipper and a back bow.
