Refund policy

Due to the nature of secondhand and vintage clothing, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear. Any major flaws will be highlighted in the product description. Please remember when buying vintage you are purchasing an item that is  20+ years old. If you ever have questions regarding any of our items we are more than happy to assist you.

We offer refunds for all online purchases.  Customers will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. The returned item should be in its orginial condition. Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund you the original amount minus the return shipping costs. If you want to return your purchase contact Isolde Vintage within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The returning package should be sent within 7 days from when you have announced your return, if not possible please let us know.
