A 100% cotton blue maxi dress. The dress has a floral pattern in white, and different shades of blue, and a round neckline. The sleeves are three-quarter length and dramatically flared, forming soft bell shapes. The edges of the sleeves are finished with a narrow trim in a brighter teal. The dress has back zipper.
